Git mirror and artifact cache

A small self-hosted service that keeps read-only mirrors of upstream repositories and caches build artifacts close to our CI runners.

Why

• Builds keep working when an upstream host is slow or unavailable.
• Large release archives are downloaded once and served locally.
• Every mirror is fetched on a schedule and verified against upstream refs.

Using a mirror
